What should you expect?

Cybernetically Inclined focuses on providing affordable, clean, efficient designs oriented towards acheiving your business goals. We work with you to meet your expectations and goals by discussing them up-front.

To give you a range of what you might pay, our project prices always fall above $300, with a typical advanced brochure website being in the $1200.00-$2000.00 range. eCommerce stores typically run in the $1800 range for less than 20 items, with no admin panel, and in the $4000 range for more than 20 items and a full administrative back end (allowing you to add/remove inventory, products,etc).

How do we meet your expectations?

Typically, we start with a more casual phone chat regarding what you want, what you do, cost expectations, and what you expect from your website; don't worry if you don't know exactly what you want, we are here to help clearly define your goals. After this discussion, we may require a follow-up discussion prior to sending a formal proposal. We believe in careful planning to make sure you get what you want in a timely and efficient manner.

After the initial conversations, you will be provided a proposal with a set project rate, clear timeline, and expectations. The hourly rates are posted on our site, but we quote projects as a set rate to ensure your satisfaction.

The project will be completed per the proposed timeline with full transparency of project status.

What is our expectation of you?

To meet our mutual goal of efficient designs and a clear timeline, there are some things that we will need from you.

Building a website is a time commitment. Depending on the scope of the site and your goals, there is usually some information that we will need from you. This information may include current marketing materials, site copy, pre-existing images, etc.

The most common timeline pitfall is the site copy(the words on your site). We can help write the copy efficiently and per your specifications, but if you would like to write it yourself we will need to have it before we can proceed with certain parts of the project, timelines for this type of information will be clearly outlined in the proposal per our initial conversations.

• We provide feedback on your preferences to help meet your goals. We will recommend the best solution to meet your business goals, even if that means recommending against some of the extras that would cost you more, but not help you acheive your goals.
• We are not biased for or against particular technologies. We do believe in certain standards, but we also believe there is a time and place for Flash, Java, multimedia, fancy scripts, advanced management back-ends, etc. We just won't recommend them unless they help meet your goals.
• We support local businesses. We are a small local vendor and we use local vendors whenever possible to support the local economy. We do not "outsource".
• We believe in complete client satisfaction with our services. We will not hesitate to make as much accommodation as reasonably possible to keep you happy. We care more about your potential referral than the bottom line for your project.
• We want to make it happen for you. If you want something from us, we will find a way to deliver it, even if we have to refer you to another vendor.
• We keep you in the loop. We'll update you if something isn't going as expected, not wait for your call.
